KJDC provides unique system for Generator Online Insulation Monitoring & Diagnostics System (GOMS) to local and overseas power plants.

Partial Dischage
(PDMS)
High frequency signal attenuates along the conductor. Our RPC can detect Ultra high/high frequency PD signal from rotating machine insulation system.
PDMS can recognize each UHF signal and High frequency signal so that it is near from the sensor or far from the sensor. PD near ground is very far from sensor so need to measure with high or low frequency characteristic. And this relates with noise matter. KJDC PDM measures wide frequency range.

Rotor Shorted Turn
(RSTD)
Rotor has turn and can be deteriorated by various factors as coil to coil contact, Inadequate or misplaced blocking, Over speed or motoring incidents, Metallic contamination and load cycling. A Turn short will create an asymmetric magnetic field that pulls unequally on the stator core.
Flux probe detects speed dependent turn shorts and single turn short and identify the coil and pole. Also determines how many turns are shorted out of a single coil and multiple turn shorts which is distributed in different coils and poles.

Endwinding Vibration
(EWVM)
Endwinding vibration results excessive vibration, degradation and endwinding failures. A Fiberoptic Accelaration sensor is used to monitor Endwinding Vibration which is insensitive to electromagnetic interferensce and mechanically and electrically hostile environment.
Accellaton singal is transferred to Displacement signal from sensor signal conditioner and send signal to EWVM DAU which can monitor up to 12 channels each. This DAU is has FFT function for further analysis.
